Buying
Off-plan or ready-to-move: which is right for you?

One of the first questions we get from buyers is whether to buy off-plan — before or during construction — or wait for a home that's ready to move into. Neither is universally better. It comes down to what you value most.
The case for off-plan
Off-plan units are usually priced more attractively and often come with staged payment plans, letting you spread the cost as the build progresses. You also get first pick of units and, sometimes, a say in finishes.
The trade-off is patience and trust. This route rewards buyers who can wait — and who choose a developer with a delivery record they can verify.
The case for ready-to-move
A finished home removes uncertainty. You see exactly what you're buying, you can move in immediately, and rental income (if you're investing) starts sooner. The premium you pay is for that certainty and speed.
How to choose
If you have time, want the best entry price, and trust your developer, off-plan can be the smarter buy. If you need certainty and want to move now, ready-to-move wins. Whichever way you lean, we'll show you both honestly.
